I started getting more serious with my photography about two years ago when I got my first good digi cam, a Fuji S7000. Prior to that I had a Pentax ME-Super which was a great camera but the cost of wet film stopped me using it as much as I'd like.

I took many a picture with the Fuji camera, having one published in the 'Socialist Worker' newspaper of the protests at Exeter University in 2005.

Recently I have moved onto a proper digital SLR with my Canon 350D and it's really opened up my photography.

My lenses include:

The standard 18-55mm Canon EF-S

A 35-135mm Canon Ultrasonic

A Sigma 70-300mm APO Macro

At the moment I only really use the 18-55 for landscapes and the 70-300 for macro, leaving the 35-135 for when I do some more portraiture work this summer.

Hope you enjoy my photos here on Flickr!
