I am a lover of color...that's where it all began! I have used a sewing machine since I was big enough to reach the pedal. I made clothes for many years and even made my own wedding dress, About 6 years ago I started quilting. Now I have true joy and passion in my life. I love to sew, love the feel of fabric. My favorites are modern fabrics and quilts but not wacky! I have discovered the beauty of solids.

One of my favorite things to see in a quilt are circles. Really I just love quilting but nothing old fashioned. No thirties fabrics, no thimbleberries, no Civil War. Brights, solids and modern fabrics and style.
