I'm a 21 year old medical student and have been doing photography since I was about 16. I have a D90, but over the past year and half I have been experimenting more with film photography, using my grandad's darkroom and one at university to develop and print my own black and white photos. I have been really involved with Sheffield Uni PhotoSoc this year and am now president of the society for 2010/11. I'm really looking forward to starting some new projects with PhotoSoc, as well as continuing to enhance my experience and knowledge of photography.

I owe a lot to my boyfriend, Jack, who has taught me more about photography since I have been with him than anyone else I know.

I have so much to learn, and am constantly trying to experiment and improve my skills as a photographer. Criticism and comments are always most welcome because it helps me to improve, having an outside view of my pictures.
