I don't have a real camera (yet) all I have is an iPhone 4 and an eye for design. I don't have very much training in the field of photography either, but I do love to capture and shoot all that I can. To me photography is capturing an internal thought or emotion that I cannot compose in to words. I can articulate my inner thought process through shooting pattern, light, people, or simple items. Capturing these images preserves the initial feeling that I have when I am around the subject... so i guess, in a sense, the thought, idea, memory, lives on... as long as I have the photo at least.
