The autopsy reports these painkiller drugs were in the victim’s blood.1. Acetaminophen, 2. Naproxen, 3. Hydrocodone Vicodin, and 4. Hydromorphone / a derivative of morphine.

 

The victim’s own son, Nicholas Daniel Cantu, shot and killed his own father! The victim said this before he died, and it is part of the original police report.

 

A shirt with blood splatters was found upstairs in the master bathroom in the victims home. A shirt known to be worn by the victims own son Nicholas.

This is why I believe the victims wife Grace O Cantu went down stairs. After getting her husbands blood on her, she went back up stairs which would have covered for her son Nick dropping any blood on the stairs when he went back up and left his blood splattered shirt in her bathroom.

 

Her son, Nicholas Daniel Cantu, was named as a accessory, he plead no contest and received a 30-year plea deal with a stipulation he would testify against Bryce.

My son was named the shooter, planner and received a 30-year plea deal with no right to appeal.

 

I believe the victims wife used my 15 yr old child, for her own financial gain. She recognized his vulnerabilities. They set my son up.

 

I believe the victims wife to be the mastermind behind the murder of her husband. I based this on substantial and compelling evidence. Why wasn't she investigated?

 

An Officer requested the victim’s wife be investigated, yet there is nothing to show this happened. According to our laws, she should have been arrested and charged accordingly. In fact, she told a detective she wanted her son tried as an adult! Nick doesn't know that in the end, she told officers that she believed he had something to do with her husband getting shot.

 

From my research, it is clear portions of the police report have been redacted, amended and revised on dates other than the date of the crime. In fact, all pages pertaining to statements taken, including my son’s, were written over seven days after the date of the crime.

My son has never been in trouble with the law before this. What ever Bryce was told he did, he still believes it.
