COPYRIGHT
It's sad that I even have to point this out....but all of my photos are copyrighted and not to be used w/out permission. A very specific and only exception to this is that I am fine with use of the Flickr "SHARE" API where the photo is not a copy, but a direct link to my flickr account photo, and credit is clearly indicated. No other use is permitted w/out contacting me. I'm more than happy to answer any questions regarding use.
Unfortunately, due to photo theft/copyright infringement, I am now often splashing my signature/copyright much more obnoxiously on most photos, and reducing/restricting Flickr presentation of photos to even smaller sizes.
