I'm here because I want to learn to take better photographs. I don't want to make photography another expensive hobby so I've treated myself to a decent compact camera and want to learn to get the most out of it.

Interests include beer, films, rock music (going to gigs, playing guitar & bass) and I'm a bit of a geek when it comes to the internet, computers and gadgets. I've also done some charity work over the last few years which has been great, I've made some fantastic friends and had a lot of fun along the way.

I also like to travel and would like to see more of the world in the next couple of years.
