Pequenos nuances, cotidiano, sinestesia: do PB ao colorido, tudo pode ser fotografia.

Nascida no Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Nanda Melonio morou por vários anos também em Natal (RN) e Belém (PA), onde cursou a graduação em Jornalismo pela Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA) e se apaixonou pela arte de “escrever com a luz”. De volta ao Rio de Janeiro, estudou Fotografia no Senac.

Um dos focos durante muito tempo foi a Fotografia Gastronômica. Dentre os diversos restaurantes cariocas para os quais já fotografou, podemos citar o Bella Blú, Giuseppe Grill Leblon, Don Camillo e Príncipe dos Galetos, dentre outros.

A gastronomia também foi tema da primeira exposição individual, "Comer com os olhos", vista pelo público de Lajeado (RS) e Porto Alegre (RS) no final de 2009.

Em seu currículo também consta a Mostra Fotográfica "Bicho de Rua" (posteriormente renomeada como "Virando Lata"), evento beneficente que percorreu diversas cidades do sul do Brasil como Florianópolis (SC), Porto Alegre (RS), Lajeado (RS) e Canela (RS), com o intuito de apoiar ONGs voltadas para a causa animal.

Atualmente trabalha na Comunicação do WWF-Brasil.

Born in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Nanda Melonio also lived for several years in Natal (RN) and Belém (PA), where she attended the graduation in Journalism from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA) and fell in love with the art of "Write with light". Back to Rio de Janeiro, she studied Photography at Senac.

From then, she began to improve in Gastronomic Photography. Among several restaurants in Rio, which she already photographed, we can cite the Bella Blu, Giuseppe Grill Leblon, Stambul, Don Camillo, Príncipe dos Galetos, and others.

The food was also the subject of her first solo photographic exhibition, "Comer com os olhos", which has been seen by the public of Lajeado (RS) and Porto Alegre (RS) at the end of 2009.

Her curriculum also includes the photographic exhibition "Bicho de Rua" (later renamed "Virando Lata"), charity event that traveled several cities in southern Brazil as Florianópolis (SC), Porto Alegre (RS), Lajeado (RS) and Canela (RS), among others, with the aim of supporting NGOs into the cause of the welfare of animals.

Nowadays, Nanda is working as Communicator of WWF-Brasil.
