As a life-long Philadelphian and some-what of an expert on the city, Brooke's photos captures the city totally - the beauty and sometimes the ugliness. Her photos are always sharp and crisp. I particularly like her photos of children in the city. I also like color. She gives use scenes with bright, happy colors. I've often said that Philadelphia is not a great city, such as New York or Paris, but is an INTERESTING city offering the photographer much to discover. Brooke's photos nicely capture this very interesting town.
