I am a native Texan, born and raised in the Dallas / Fort Worth / Denton area of North Texas. Beyond my wife and children I have two passions in life ~ nature and photography. So when I am able to bring the two together by taking photos of nature ~ life is good.

My most viewed image. I'm not sure why, but since I posted this photos several years ago I consistently receive 6 or 8 views a day on this photo. At the time of this update (January of 2012) the photo has been viewed almost 5000 times.
I'm much more comfortable behind the camera than in front of it ~ but occasionally I get up enough nerve to take a shot.
