I should have done this ages ago! I first stumbled across Rita's stream around her 17th birthday, and I couldn't believe the maturity that her photos portrayed. It wasn't just the subject matter, but the way that she captured those moments that so many of us miss. Now having travelled the world, and gone off to school, it is amazing to see the growth in her work. Every shot is better than the last, and ever more I check on her stream just hoping that there is another shot up. She truly is one of a kind, and one of the sweetest people on flickr. If you haven't already perused her work, then I suggest starting from day one and not skipping a single frame :)

Gosh, I should totally have done this in February - so, well, let's do it now! Well - Rita/Ree. (Either works, so it's said.) I mean, where to begin... Ree's just about the first person I met on flickr, and honestly I couldn't have found a more artistically adept or thoughtful tutor to this place. There's just such a beautiful variety in her photos - she really engages with her ideas, and turns out stunner after stunner. After stunner. Ad infinitum :) Aaand... She's a truly lovely girl, to boot! Considerate, honest and funny... Really, I can't count the number of times her comments have made me smile.
