My family took alot of driving vacations in the 60's. So I visited all the states as well as Cannada and Mexico except Alaska & Hawaii by the time I was 15 years old.Dad driving, he always drove, Mom riding shotgun with the AAA Trip Tick at hand and us three kids all in the back seat. And this was before cars had air conditioning. My dad always shot 35mm slides so I got the bug from him mostly and my mother was the painter so I got that from her.
