I am a Senior Lecturer in the Tertiary Teaching Unit at Manukau Institute of Technology. I previously taught foundation (bridging/enabling) at MIT. I was a Lead Educator for the 2009 Second Life Education in New Zealand (SLENZ Project), funded by the TEC Supporting Innovation Fund. I am currently engaged in PhD research using virtual worlds for education.
