Started in 1996 to shoot with an old '74 Chinon CX, 35mm SLR with 42mm screw-thread lenses.

The film used at the beginning was primarly Fuji Velvia 50, Superia and Provia, experimenting push processing and cross-processing.

Then I've started to shoot only in black and white after I've discovered the amazing world of dark room.

My favorite B&W film was the Technical Pan, an incredible panchromatic film now out of production.

Developing it with Technidol or a mix with Agfa's Rodinol I was able to get almost no grain.

From that experience I get the obsession for sharpness and clarity, that I can't get out of my DSLRs.

My first DSLR has been a Canon 400D, then a 550D, and now I'm using a 6D.

With the exception of a super wide angle, I use only two prime lens, 50mm and 100mm.
