Have been taking photos for many years with Canon and Ricoh SLR's. Moved to digital (and downsized) in 2004 with a Fujifilm 5000 then a 5500. Got the itch to get back to being a little more serious in 2008 and bought a Sony a200 with 18-70 and 75-300 lenses. Have since added a bit more gear and have moved on to the Sony a350 and then the Sony a57 SLT.

I started using flickr to upload some pics of North Melbourne Football Club - "The Kangaroos" AKA "The Shinboners" - (hence my username) - (AFL - Australian Rules Football) and have become slightly addicted, adding old and new photos to various groups. I take photos when time and opportunity allow.
