About BPL

When people think of Boulder Public Library, they often think first of books. Providing access to physical materials is a role that BPL has filled since 1907. But proud as we are of our book collection, the library is much more than that. We offer a suite of online resources and services, including downloadable e-books. Also, as part of the City of Boulder's Library & Arts Department, we host a variety of concerts, films and gallery exhibits every year. BPL also has a social presence on Facebook and Twitter.

The library serves the people of Boulder through a main library, two small neighborhood branches (the George Reynolds branch and the Meadows branch), and one special branch, the Carnegie Branch Library for Local History.
