Bonjour, my name is Boris Hardouin-Deleuze, I am is a passionate and enthusiast photographer with a day job in IT (geek), I also love water-sports and sailing in particular. Originally from Normandy, France, I now live with my family in Northern New Jersey.

My prime interest is mostly about fine art photography; Landscapes, Cityscapes, Urban, Nature, Architecture, Flowers and Macro to name a few. Over the past few years I have also developed a strong interest and skills in mobile photography using my iPhone.

I enjoy all aspects of the photography process, from the project idea, shooting, post production and most importantly printing. I believe that nothing replaces the emotions and feelings conveyed when holding or looking at a print. I am a bit obsessed about quality, but in a world where photography has become a commodity, I feel the need to push himself to raise the bar. I enjoy the never-ending learning process, and never miss an opportunity to learn, try something new or help others with photography.

With the maturation of digital photography, I work at marrying art and technology with the goal of creating images that convey how beautiful and interesting our environment really is.

I am the Past President of the Ridgewood Camera Club and a member of the Photographic Society of America.
