I am a mom and I love taking pictures of my family. I also work part-time as a Lead Photographer for Bella Baby Photography, taking photographs of newborns in the hospital. I am obsessed with portraiture and I find that 75% of the time, my light and handy 50mm f/1.4 is what is attached to my camera. I know a little bit about how to use the flash because I use it a lot at work but I find that I am more creative working with natural light.

For post-processing I use Lightroom 4 only. I have Photoshop Elements but I rarely use it and I am so overwhelmed by how complicated CS5 is so I don't even bother opening it (maybe someday!)
