On this site, you’ll find an increasing selection of my photos from around Europe, predominantly from the UK where I am based, but also a growing collection from Germany and countries in Eastern Europe which are of ever increasing interest to me. The sheer number and variety of freight trains available, classic locomotives and not least locations which are unspoilt by the UK obsession with high metal fencing and ridiculous health and safety regulations. If you've thought about it but not taken the plunge, my advice is do it and get involved!
