Now retired and after a lifetime (48 years) as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. Currently using an iPhone 14 Pro Max with LightroomCC camera app as the camera that is always with me, and a Panasonic Lumix DMC - GX80. All photos are RAW - DNG capture edited in Adobe Lightroom CC or Lightroom Classic.

Time line.

Took my first photo around 1964 with a Kodak Instamatic. After this initial foray took up photography again in 1970 using a SLR Yashica TL-Super - 50mm f/1.7 lens. After a couple of years aquired 135mm telephoto lens. Used mainly colour reversal film (slides); Agfachrome Ct 18 & 21, Kodak Ektachrome, & Fujichrome; have a few boxes of slides that I need to scan. Mid 1980s due competing priorities photography more or less ground to a halt. In 2004 bought my first digital camera, an Olympus CAMEDIA C-5060 WIDE ZOOM. 2009 moved on to a Panasonic Lumix GFI with 20mm f1.7 lens, 2014 a Panasonic Lumix GX7, and 2017 a Panasonic Lumix DMC GX80 with 25mm f1.7 lens.
