Live in Seattle with spouse, Elizabeth, daughter Nina and partner Terry, son Eric and spouse Denise and their children Melina, Jendy, and Quinn. Have daughter Sylvia and partner Danielle and two grandsons, Julien and Carl living in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I am a retired physics teacher and most recently a researcher on the optical properties of thin films used in solar cells, LowE, and antireflection coatings on glass. In retirement I play the cello in several quartets and organize local efforts to support the international nonviolent peaceforce link
