New to photography, I started taking pictures after I bought a camera to take pictures of my daughter in a parade. I started taking random pictures to see if I liked taking pictures and found myself really enjoying the whole process. Finding places to shoot, capturing what I am trying to capture, and doing it in focus has become a little bit of an obsession.

I enjoy looking at many of the excellent photstreams and exchanging comments with their artists. I am always open to critique so that I can become a better photographer.
