Now happily married to my beautiful wife Hannah, living in Edinburgh and loving life. We have just got ourselves a gorgeous little cockapoo named Humphrey. He is awesome and my Photostream will soon be filled with photos of him.

 

My late father was a keen amateur photographer so I think that's where I got the interest from. Although it wasn't till 2006 when I was given a wee FujiFinepixF30 that I realised this interest. Since then I've had a new point and shoot camera every year. i finally joined the big boys in 2009 when I bought my 1st DSLR in the form of a Canon 400D. In 2010 I upgraded to the 60D and I love it. Photography isn't just a hobby but its now a passion and probably an obsession. I'm addicted. Taking photos keeps me sane. I get annoyed when I can't get out and take photos. I'm still learning a lot so my photos can only get better i guess.

I have no prefered subject when it comes to photography but i really wanna try and do more sports action stuff... Motorsport, Football, Ice Hockey etc as im right into my sport but i'll photograph anything, as you can see from my photostream!! :-)
