Without getting too sappy about how incredible it is to be able to make true friends, the kind you hope to have for a lifetime, over the internet, I'll just say that she is truly as cool and wonderful as she seems to be. She's the real deal. (her husband's another story) Oh great. I went and got all sappy. By the way - she also happens to be a kick ass photographer.

Funny, pretty, kind, happy, caring, compassionate, mellow, and that's before you even start talking about her amazing photographs. She sees things that don't appear until they are pointed out, then it's hard to believe you ever missed them. Her photo are all the more amazing for what they lack than what they contain. They are uncluttered and direct, but also subtle and soft. With such cute kids at her disposal it would be hard to take a bad shot of them, but she takes it a step further, and produces something really beautiful.

She is SO beautiful (hello, perfect body!) and can capture emotion in peoples faces (her own, her kids.. babies) amazingly well. She is also so classy and drama free. I just want to be her!
Read lessMy favorite thing about Carrie's photography is the surreality she literally injects into everything around her. Where one person may see a child with a toy, she sees the COLORS in the life of that child, and brings those colors to the forefront immediately.
