A lot of my images involve time around water and family. I'm don't do much in post -- still baffled by Photoshop -- and some of my favourite images might simply be snapshots, but if they are up here, they carry a memory. I haven't been in flickr for quite a long time, but recently lost 30,899 images when my external back up drive crashed. Many of those are on earlier back up drives and I'm poking around trying to recover them.. Some of them are on flickr, thank goodness, but I feared I'd lost my last two or three years of images. What I have lost is the file structure, catalogues and folders in Lightroom, and I'm not techie enough to sort it out. I shoot because I like to see images that bring back memories, so they are here and perhaps others will enjoy a moment of reflection or a memory of their own.
