Mixed Media Collage & Book Arts

When I travel I collect whatever bits of paper I can find. These papers along with my photography of my journey get bound together by Elmer's glue into old books and magazines. Collaborating two mediums brings a wholeness to the journey that was traveled. These pages become mini picture books that hold their own story.

This is a journey that is unfolded paper by paper, bit by bit.

When I go places it is about traveling with out a map and seeing the city life go by through a lens. I try to capture what is unseen to many - it is the simplest moments that we rush by - the moments that lie between the lines. My camera is a part of me- My eyes become the lens and with a click of a button I capture the little moments that make up this beautiful journey we call life.
