BLC Property Services provide Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) and Boiler Servicing to Landlords and Estate Agents in Greater London, Surrey and Surrounding areas. All our engineers are accredited with all the major governing bodies which include Gas Safe.

Electrical Portable Appliance Test (PAT Test) from £45

BLC Property Service provides Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) to Landlords, Agents and businesses. We have our own fully qualified engineers who are able to complete PAT tests to the highest standard.

Property Inventories form £69

BLC property Services will take the pressure of letting your property away from you. Upon ‘Check-in’ we list the appliances and furnishings as well as the general condition of the property, thus setting the standard for which the property should be maintained and returned. Meter readings are noted and over 100 photographs are taken to guarantee accuracy. We leave no stone unturned.

Floor Plans from £14.99

A floor plan provides the client and staff with a visual layout of the property without having to visit the property. This saves both client and staff vital time negating the need for viewings that do not meet the customer’s requirements.
