Since its inception in 1982, Black Tie Dinner has been the largest fund raising dinner for the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community in the nation. Each year, Black Tie Dinner selects up to 20 North Texas beneficiaries to receive dinner proceeds as well as the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, the Dinner's national beneficiary. To date, Black Tie Dinner has raised over $15 million. Black Tie Dinner, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
