Where is that place in life when we no longer want to be older and we don't want to be any younger? How long does it last and are we aware of this place when we are there or are we just never satisfied? Well I am for sure past the point in life where I want to be older and I frequently think of my youth and wonder just what the hell happened.
I started out in about 1967 photographing with a Besseler Topcon 35mm SLR. A couple of years later I added a 200mm telephoto. Most of the time I shot slide film and then would have prints made of the good shots. The slide film worked like a proof. About three years ago I figured I was ready to take the digital plunge and bought a Canon Digital Rebel. This has renewed my interest in photography immensely. Also I recently purchased a Konica/Minolta Dimage Scan Dual IV so I could digitize my many old 35mm slides. This was the best money spent in a long time. So check out my photo stream. I'm open to suggestions.
