All photos WERE taken with Olympus MIni Digital, which has its limitations, but I'm still amazed at what it can do! It's a very small, light & handy camera that can be taken almost anywhere.
NOW (since June 2013) most photos taken with new little Sony! :-)
Photos mainly of the good moments in life, so photos of bad weather days tend to be left out! (too depressing!).
I'm a photo addict!!.........(both taking & looking)
Photostream a kind of visual gratitude diary, if you like. Well it cheers me up! (especially when the weather is miserable). Hope you enjoy the photos too!
And now I'm adding stuff (cutting & pasting mainly) I discover whilst doing research using 'google'..............it's my way of learning & reading..............& trying to understand what is going on!.........

Must Have Gifts:
'World Vision must have gifts are precious because they are genuinely needed. They are the charity gift of hope, dignity, health and in some cases life itself. Thanks to you, your friends and family will know that they'll be making a real difference to some of the world's most vulnerable children and families.'

I recently found some great quotations from Confucius:
1. Be not ashamed of mistakes and thus make them crimes.
2. Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.
3. Forget injuries, never forget kindnesses.
4. He who will not economize will have to agonize.
11. The superior man, when resting in safety, does not forget that danger may come. When in a state of security he does not forget the possibility of ruin. When all is orderly, he does not forget that disorder may come. Thus his person is not endangered, and his States and all their clans are preserved.
33. The cautious seldom err.
51. What you do not want done to yourself, do not do to others.
