So... I am an old boy who instead of retiring I opted to open a "birdy" shop with a young man named Joe. This is probably the best job on the planet as all I do is talk to customers about their garden birds. I have in the last 15 years started photographing them, a great way of spreading the *bird word*

I never use (because I have no idea how) photo shop or similar. So generally what you see is what I took.

Most of my pictures are birds that would normally be found in gardens, they are mainly taken in my garden at home or in the super nature area we have at the shop. There are also a few from my trips abroad. I hope you enjoy my photographs.... Well this year 2022 because of health reasons I have needed to retire, I am still able to spend lots of time in my garden with the birds but sadly my travelling has stopped. Such is life................

Update................Happily I am now able to get away again looking for wildlife and birds of course.
