Hi,

Thanks for taking time to visit my profile. My name is Bipin, and I hail from a city called Chennai (Singara Chennai - Adorable Chennai) in the southern part of 'India'. The city is notoriously famous for being HOT!!!! in the literal sense;) I've lived for most part of my life here in Chennai except for my very younger days and for my college years.

Photography was a sudden thing in me. I never knew or appreciated photography and would always laugh it off when someone expresses their interest in it thinking whatz the big deal, you have a camera and you 'click' that is it. But then, I happened to stumble on a photograph of a rusty nail on a wall, while browsing internet. It was a very simple scene, probably one I would never give any importance in real life, but for some strange reason I just could not take my eyes off that photograph. That is it, that was when I boarded on to photography. Then on, its been an adventurous journey. So far I've enjoyed every bit of the adventure the journey had to offer me. For fortunate reasons I have no destination in this journey and I am in no hurry to get anywhere, this makes me really happy. I don't expect to be a pro. I prefer being an amateur and enjoy photography more as a parallel journey in my life rather than as a race for my survival.

I spend quite some time on flickr trying to draw inspiration from others work and I always do leave my thoughts/comments on the shot that truly inspire me. I welcome anyone to comment on the shot's I've taken/posted here in flickr. Good or Bad whatever you feel, I guess it would be interesting to know. Feel free to add me as your contact if you like.

Ah...well on the 'Copyright' part :)...... its my work and i'd like to keep it. However if you like any of my photographs and would want to use it for 'non-commercial' purpose, feel free to send me a flickr mail with relevant details to substantiate the non-commercial piece. I would be more than happy to share my pictures.
