Billy is my contact since long time. I should have done this earlier..but I want to make sure that he deserve my testimonial. From digital to film, from F3hp to Pentax 6x7. Billy is always improve little by little with his own pace. The only thing doesn't change is the passion to photography. Viewing his pictures day by day and I definately see the big improvement there. Now, he even develop the film by himself !! Isn't that something?!
