I currently shoot with an Olympus E-30. All images are saved as RAW+JPEG. My post-processing tools are mostly Linux-based open-source (rawtherapee, enfuse, krita and/or gimp, kflickr, exiftool). I frequently start up Photoshop CS4 via WINE. I no longer use Photoshop and have switched to krita and/or gimp for image editing.

Stopped shooting with my venerable Olympus OM-2 in 2003. However, I still use my legacy OM lens on the E-30.

 

BTW, I write code for a living, not that it makes me a better photographer.
