Has been a licensed REALTOR since 1985 and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. Has the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation. Bill is an Associate Broker, as well as a Lifetime Million Dollar Club Award recipient. He has been a New Member Orientation instructor for ten years, as well as served on numerous state and local leadership committees and positions. It has been his pleasure to speak at many real estate boards across the state. His recent honors of 2004/2007 include Russellville Realtor of the Year. Other services include; State Professional Development Committee Real Estate Association Chairman, District Three Vice-President – 2007-2010. He currently serves on the Legislative and Member Services Committees. Bill is a regular speaker

for Arkansas Boards, and Instructs Pre-License, Post-License, and Continuing Education classes at Arkansas Real Estate Training Academy.
