Born in Oldenburg, Germany in 1978, I moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in 2005 after finishing University in Germany.

I started photography in 2000 with a Canon EOS 300. Because it was difficult to experiment with a film camara like that because having to develop the photos, I switched to the digital version, the Canon EOS 300D or Digital Rebel in 2005. After taking more than 15,000 photos with that camera, that one broke in 2008 and I upgraded to the Canon EOS 40D.
