COSTRUZIONE MACCHINE TINTURA MULTICOLORE – SPACE DYEING – KNOW HOW – ISTRUZIONE DEL PERSONALE

 

A) Lavorazione conto terzi di tintura multicolore su differenti materiali:

• tops ( lana, nylon, acrilico)

• filato su matasse, rocche.

• filati in continuo con effetti innovativi (nuova interpretazione melange, tweed, chinè)

• tessuto da abbigliamento (navetta o jersey), mare, pizzi, arredamento, tendaggio,

esclusa la tintura su poliestere.

• capo finito (navetta , jersey, indemagliabile)

• maglieria, seamless, calze, mare, accessorio abbigliamento, accessorio casa ecc.

B) Lavorazioni manuali su capo e tessuto effetto brush con coloranti o pigmenti.

C) Stampa manuale su capo e tessuto con blok print, a coloranti o pigmenti.

D) Tintura a freddo – FADE- su capo finito.

E) Tinta in unito matasse e capo finito.

F) Ciclo finissaggio capo finito, filato.

It was born in 1979 as mechanical company for the construction of machinery for multicolor dyeing on yarn. In a second time it was completed with a dyeing section for demonstration and instruction to Costumers having purchased a machine. In the years 80 we started to get into bathing, clothing and sport fields. Up today Biella Fancy Yarns can boast to provide Customers in both fields(sale and commissioning) a complete know how given by a deep technical knowledge of machines as well as the over thirty years of presence in world of fashion for the supply of our multicolor products, with collaboration with brands that are famous all over the world.

Here following the fields where we can operate:

A)Production and sale of machinery for multicolor dyeing on hanks, garments, fabric, sliver top and multicolor continuous dyeing on yarn by micro spray.

B)Multicolor dyeing on commission covering all textile sectors:

• Jersey and warp knitted fabric, lace, weaved fabric till h 350cm. (for furnishing, tablecloths, sheets)

• Sliver top

• Yarn in hanks

• Yarn in continuous with fashion effects (new interpretation of mélange, tweed, chiné)

• Garments, accessories, knitwear, bathroom accessories.
