My Visual Statement:

A visual journey of Australian Indigenous cultural splendor

The application of simplistic outlines, vibrant colours, expressive emotions and visual forms to bring the viewer on an epic voyage connected amid indigenous beauty through photography, ceramics, mixed media, screenprinting, canvas and paper works.

Our exquisiteness is often overshadowed by politics, human error, damning stereotyping and misconstrued opinions and innuendo. It is my goal, to use my art to remind the greater community about a collection of people who are strong, richly embedded with culture, visually stunning, proud of their heritage and whose core essence is to be proud of being “black”.
