I'm a Learning Researcher working in Glasgow, and now living in the wonderful Scottish countryside. I've been interested in photography since I was a nipper and I have fond memories of my Dad with a camera as his constant companion - first a Practika and later an Olympus OM-1. In time I used both of those, as well as a wee Ricoh Rangefinder, and an Olympus OM-2 spot (just dusted off the Olympus and found a bargain Ricoh 500G on eBay) before downsizing to compacts (an original IXUS) and then digital. Although I never really stopped taking photographs, my passion for photography has been re-ignited by DSLRs. I take landscapes, cityscapes and annoy my nephews by taking candid portraits of them.
