My name is Bryan and one of my many hobbies is photography. I live in the beautiful Central Coast of California in San Luis Obispo. I don't have a favorite category of photography, but I do enjoy waterscapes, landscapes, macro shots, and action surfing photos. I enjoy traveling and taking photos of culture and nature.

Lately I have been interested in taking surf photos with my new 18-200mm lens. Some of my photos have been featured in Coop Deville Surfboards Board of the Month newsletter and display at Central Coast Surfboards (CCS). I like to take a different approach to surf photos than a lot of mainstream stuff out there. Combining foregrounds and surfing is something that a lot of surf photos don't have these days. I think that focusing less on the surfer and more on the environment around them creates stunning photos.
