Al is a very talented painter photographer and Chinese food chef extra nor i love to visit his photo stream and look at his latest paintings and photographs i feel i am getting to know San Francisco and its characters particularly the Chinese quarter very well, al's photos of his Chinese meals always hit me at about 10-11pm and then i have to go to bed and think about his meal, his street photography is brilliant he has captured all sorts of characters and shot them expertly, al is a lovely guy and i recommend you take some time to look at his great photo stream.

Al is one of the nicest people I know. He takes the time to make a new flickr member feel welcome. I never thought to find people I don't even know so interesting, but he makes them so. He is also a fine artist. Take the time to explore his photostream and you'll discover what a wonderful person is Al!

Cassoulet sf is a super friendly and great photographer and painter. His photos, aswell his paintings, are taken directly out of life. Often they reflect moments, which normally are difficult to catch in. But for Al it is never a problem to "freeze" those moments and little situations. Sometimes you think he was invisible while taking the photos. I recommend to add him as a contact and to take a closer look at his sets. For me, it is always nice to go through his photos and see a bit of his (past and present) world. =D
