Photography is a new/revisited hobby for me. I used to have an SLR about 25 years ago, but then went the route of ease with a point and shoot (35mm and then APS) before digital came along. Now I have a pinhole camera that I use on occasion, and have three Mamiya medium format cameras to play with (including a 645 1000s, a C220 TLR, and a RB67 ProS).

I work as a materials scientist, but do many other things in what spare time I have. This includes gardening, hiking, playing with my three cats, pouring concrete for tabletops and counters, brewing beer, biking, etc. I've been living in Portland, Oregon since 2001 and hope to never have to leave...
