My name is Roberto Z. Villarino. Bert for short. I used to work with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Region V, Legazpi City, as an artist illustrator of the Public Affairs Office.

I am a Bachelor of Fine Arts Major in Painting from the University of Sto. Tomas (UST), Manila. Graduated March of 1963. I did not pursue much on this painting jobs but I organized group of artists in Bikol known as "Muknang Bikolnon" way back 1974.

I also taught Humanities Subject at Naga College Foundation, Ago Foundation, and Commercial Artist Course at the then Valiente Institute of Technology, Naga City.

I spent my teaching years for a couple of years only. Yet, I continue to give free seminars and lectures to public and private schools (upon request) on Basic Arts and Colors. I find it enjoyable working with children.

I am starting again to paint but not in oil to try on acrylic and mix-media.

My source of Income is on Computer Jobs such as rush ID's, encoding, CD transfer, Photo & Video Coverage on special occasions, and personally handling video editing and photo enhancement in order to give the best quality of my woks.
