Fotografie ist bei mir keine Leidenschaft, sondern Mittel zum Zweck. Ich durchstreife gerne Länder, Landschaften, Städte und Dörfer. Wenn auf meinen Streifzügen etwas mein Interesse weckt oder Eindruck auf mich macht, wird es fotografiert. Ich habe wenig Interesse an ausgefeilter Fotografie - ich versuche nur die Dinge so wiederzugeben wie sie auf mich gewirkt haben als ich sie sah.

I like to travel and to discover countries, regions, cities or villages and I use the camera for the purpose to capture the impressions which I collect during my trips or "patrols". I don't have a sophisticated approach to photography - I just try to capture the things as they appeared to me.
