I used to photograph buildings when I was an Archi student with my Pentax analog SLR. I enjoyed those times as I was taking shots. I even enjoy it more developing and printing it on a dark room. After pursuing my profession as an architect, I was caught up in my own world and almost forgot the passion I have for photography.

Being an expat to a foreign land gave me an idea of getting back to the old hobby. Until I decided to buy my first DSLR cam last July 17, 2007 that lead me to join this site. I'm glad to know that this kind of site exist and to see lots of photogs sharing their works and advices to people who were interested to be part of the community. This really inspire people and empowers this kind of art.

I'm using Nikon D80, the basic 18mm-135mm lens kit with it and a SB-800 speedlight. I'm still trying to explore and discover my talents in photography while continuing to improve my technical skills on it like learning post processing programs that seems to go hand in hand with capturing tons of photos.

Generally I rate my self as a newbie. But i'll try my best to keep up with the pace, specially to those peeps who are in my contacts. Coz they are the kind of people that inspires me to do the best i can in whatever shoot i make. Armed with optimism, passion and persistence I believe that my shots will improve in the next few months. So bare with me as I embark a new chapter of life, a life of being a photographer after the 8-5pm architects job. :P

PS: My new addition to my rigs are:

Nikor 80mm-200mm f/2.8

Nikor 50mm prime lens

Sunpak 800U Tripod

I'm not that flickr addict but yeah I'm dreaming for:

2- SB 800

2 Bogen 3373

2 photoflex umbrella

4 Pocket wizard II

1 Nikor 17-35mm f2.8

1 nikon D3 or D300 (whoah i'm really dreaming right now)

Critiques are all welcome because I'm a person who believe that photography is a learning process. If you can find some flaws to my work tell me right away so I can recognized it , correct and try to improve it the next.
