For me, photography is primarily a hobby. Most of my photos are taken more like snapshots on-the-fly and less like deliberate, preconceived, images of art. I usually have a baby carriage in tow (although, I must confess, it serves a dual purpose of child carrier and camera cradle).

 

My professional, video career is on hold for now, unless a choice over-seas job comes along. So, today, my primary job is full-time dad of two wonderful, beautiful kids.

 

When I do get out to shoot without them, it's a treat - unfortunately, this happens rarely. And I do love taking photos of my kids, so, they almost always come along anyways!

As the kids get older, however, I am finding slightly more time to get out and shoot more seriously. Until the time comes when I can shoot "untethered" so to speak, I will continue to enjoy my wonderfully unique life, humbly, snapping shots when I can, as I continue to learn from the gifted flickr photographers around the world.
