I was an avid amature photographer in High shcool, about 15 years ago. I won a few honorable mentiones at a local photo show in Ocean Shores, WA and then ran off to the Army. Life, finances, and everything else kept me from pursuing photographr further, but this year, 2006, I purchased a Nikon D50. I am having a great time with my new camera, however I'd better pace myself on all the cool gear available.

My current set up is a Nikon D50 with a kit 18-55mm 1:3.5-5.6. I am still learning all the features of this camera, as I have only has it a week. I mostly taking pictures of Plants and Animals.

I live in the Southern California Desert and work for the Navy's civillian workforce as a project manager. I am going to college for a computer science degree (almost finished) and am very busy. I am married with 3 children.
