My pictures bring back things that I miss. Or lost somewhere. Memories for the future. Survival. Pictures as a notebook. Pictures as a journal- I put a lot of pictures here in Flickr as a record of what I come across from day to day, week to week. Not necessarily Portfolio stuff, as you can see. Shoot what you feel, rather than what you see.

My inspiration...well, I do like the work of Don McCullin; but inspiration also comes from music , reading- Rilke, Eliot, Wilfred Owen, Dylan Thomas, Sylvia Plath....Pictures are on a Stage, it is up to us to tell the story.
