Ben has been a contact of mine here on flickr from early on. He consistently presents images that are compelling, because they communicate something other than simply fine composition or processing. His work has an intangible but visceral quality that can only be a result of passion for the subject, moment, feeling, technique, etc. He is also a great member of the flickr community, participating in various groups, taking the time to comment, always with an easy-going and often hilarious perspective.
