In a nutshell.

Brought up in the middle east

Came to the Manchester Met to do Mechanical Engineering.

Stayed around afterwards, moved into the city centre.

Did lots of photography at school, then not so much.

Bought a Canon S80 a few years ago which reminded me I enjoyed photography.

Finally got me a Canon 400D SLR about 4 years ago, loved it and have just upgraded to a 550D.

Been on Flickr a year or so now, I've met some good people, learnt plenty and found excuses to buy more camera kit.

I've had a couple of pictures 'published' in an online travel guide. It's not much but I'm quite chuffed.
